Documents, drawings and test reports
What buyers usually ask before they download a catalogue or request a drawing.
- Are the catalogues free, and what format are they in?
- All four documents are PDF files and free to download: the product catalogue, the armored patch cord selection guide, the quality and testing documentation, and the 2026 data cable catalogue.
- Do the catalogues cover every part number you make?
- They cover the product families, construction options and specifications we build to. For one specific part number, our engineers prepare the datasheet or drawing and send it to you directly.
- Does a test report come with each order?
- Yes. Every patch cord is tested 100% for insertion loss, return loss and endface, and a per-order IL/RL test report travels with the goods.
- Can you supply drawings, 3D models or a datasheet for our own part number?
- Yes. Send us the drawing or the reference part number and our engineers will return the matching datasheet; if the part needs new tooling, you also get written DFM feedback before you commit.
