Ferrule curing
Connectors are seated in fixtures and cured under controlled heat, so the epoxy sets the same way on every batch.
End-face polishing
Ferrule ends are ground and polished to the geometry the connector calls for: UPC or APC, PC or 8-degree.
End-face inspection
Each end face is checked under magnification for scratches, chips and contamination before it moves on.
IL/RL testing
Insertion loss and return loss are measured on every cord, and the reading ships with the order.

Each cord is bagged individually with a specification label — connector type, mode, length, jacket and loss data — so your warehouse can receive it without opening every bag.
