A broad catalogue across board-level interconnect, cable assemblies and custom connectors — pin headers and sockets, IDC, DIN 41612, PLCC/PGA sockets, battery holders, RJ45 and USB-C. Every one can be tooled, customised or built to your drawing, photo or sample.

Pin Headers
Single, double and right-angle rows in a range of pitches and pin counts.

Female Headers & Sockets
Board-mount female headers and IC sockets with gold-plated contacts.

IDC Box Headers
Insulation-displacement box headers, including ejector-latch variants for ribbon cable.

IDC Ribbon Cable Assemblies
Ribbon cable assemblies with box headers on both ends, cut to length.

DIN 41612 Connectors
Eurocard-style DIN 41612 connectors for rack and backplane applications.

PLCC Sockets
PLCC sockets for surface-mount and through-hole IC packages.

PGA Sockets
Pin grid array sockets for CPUs and high-pin-count devices.

Board-to-Board & Wire-to-Board
Stacking and wire-to-board connectors for module interconnection.

Battery Holders & Contacts
Holders, clips and spring contacts for coin and cylindrical cells.

Manufacturing & R&D
Inside our Guangdong plant
Our Shenzhen base runs in-house tooling, assembly and test — from the engineering office and test laboratory to the production floor.

R&D & engineering office
Our engineers handle DFM review, drawings and project management here.

Test laboratory
Electrical, mechanical and tensile testing for connectors and cable assemblies.

Production workshop
Assembly lines running in-house tooling and batch production.
How we are different
A tooling shop that also understands cables
Our Shenzhen base runs about 65 people in 4,500 m² with an annual output value around RMB 100 million. It serves domestic electronics manufacturers and overseas trading partners — the same custom-moulding discipline, applied to the products you specify.
In-house mould design & tooling
Tooling is developed in our own plant rather than subcontracted. You get faster iterations, lower tooling cost, and a mould that stays with your project for repeat orders.
7-day prototyping
About seven days from confirmed design to first samples in most projects, so your product schedule is not held hostage by a supplier's queue.
DFM feedback before you commit
Our engineers review your drawing for mouldability, tolerance stack-up, plating and material choice — and tell you what will be expensive before it becomes expensive.
Your drawing stays confidential
Project files are handled under NDA where required. We do not reuse your tooling, housings or branding for anyone else.
The engagement model
From a drawing, a photo or a sample — to mass production
Drawing, photo or sample
A 2D/3D drawing is ideal. A photo plus dimensions works. A physical sample works best of all — we measure it and reverse-engineer a drawing for your approval.
Design, DFM and tooling
We propose the mould concept, materials and process, flag any risk in your design, and quote the tooling and unit cost together so there are no surprises later.
Sample, approve, mass produce
Samples in about seven days for your testing. Once approved, we run production with in-line and final inspection, then ship.
What we build
Typical custom projects

USB-C plugs & receptacles
Male plugs, board-mount receptacles, 16-pin and 24-pin variants, solder or crimp termination.

USB-C cable assemblies
C-to-C, C-to-A and A-to-C assemblies, USB 2.0 through USB4, PD 100 W and 240 W EPR options, braided or TPE jackets.

Application-specific connectors
Automotive, motorcycle, instrumentation and industrial connectors designed to your drawing, including over-moulded and IP-rated variants.
Capability
Ranges we tool and run regularly
These are the specs we build to most often. If your product needs something outside them, send the drawing and we will tell you plainly whether it is a good fit.
- USB 2.0, USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps), Gen 2 (10 Gbps), Gen 2x2 (20 Gbps) and USB4 (40/80 Gbps)
- Power Delivery 3.0 up to 100 W and PD 3.1 EPR up to 240 W, with e-marker placement
- Shielding structures: aluminium foil plus braided screen for EMI performance
- Jacket and moulding options: PVC, TPE, nylon braid, over-moulded strain relief
- Contact plating options including gold flash and selective gold plating
- Insertion and durability testing to your specification or USB-IF targets
